Orders and shipping

Once an order has been received, the items are then sent to print within 24 hours.

Printing items can take up to 4 days to complete depending on the current workload and number of items within an order.

After printing, each item is quality checked before proceeding to shipping. Should an item not meet the quality check criteria, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the delay and an estimated date of shipping.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail; a tracking number will be provided.

Should there be any issue with receiving your order, you are encouraged to first contact Royal Mail with your tracking number and forward any correspondence between you to DBMFernandes@outlook.com
Returns, refunds and exchanges

All orders are subject to a 14 day return and refund/exchange policy.

Should you need to return an order due to an item being faulty or ill-fitting, please fill out the contact form above. Your message should include:

your order number
-
the name of the item you wish to return/exchange

the reason for the return/exchange

Any additional relevant information

An email will be sent to you to confirm once your returns request has been received.

A returns label will be generated and sent to you. You are to print and attach this to your returns parcel.

Proof of postage / receipt must be sent to DBMFernandes@outlook.com. Failure to do so will forfeit your right to a refund or exchange.

An email will be sent to you to confirm once your returned order has been received and your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 working days.
Garment care
-
Always turn the garment inside out before washing.

Preferred water temperature for longer lasting prints when washing garments is 30 degrees.
-
Avoid tumble-drying.
-
Cool iron on the reverse side (and inside out) of the print.

Never directly iron over the print.
